This blog post is all about a unique wedding experience - eloping! For some couples, an intimate ceremony without all the fuss and stress of a traditional wedding is the perfect fit. The bride shares that the planning process and wedding day went smoothly, and they were able to exchange their vows in a beautiful mountain setting. Despite some unexpected rain, they were able to capture some amazing photos and create memories that will last a lifetime. Her advice for future brides is to prioritize the couple's desires and needs throughout the planning process.
Kristina wore a gorgeous A-line gown with a beautiful chiffon skirt and a fun leg slit. It has a gorgeous deep-v neckline with an illusion to provide support and delicate straps. She completed this gorgeous look with a beautiful pearl belt that accentuates her waist and ties everything together!
By our real bride, Kristina:
How was wedding dress shopping and wedding planning for you? What was your vision?
Everything was super easy and ran so smooth! We always knew we wanted to elope and it was the best decision. We got to share our intimate vows with one another while having a blast taking pictures up in the mountains.
How did it go the day-of?
Perfectly! Everything went according to plan except some rain. It started pouring during our vows but we got some super cute umbrella shots. The rain also cleared up a ton of smoke so when the sun came out, it was epically beautiful.
What would be your advice to future brides?
Always make decisions that put you and your significant other first. A wedding is about the couple, so prioritize your desires and needs.
