Cassie
The Owner
She went through undergrad and graduate school at Washington State University Spokane while working at a fabulous local designer gown shop, where the love for gowns and bridal began. She is still a practicing speech therapist who realized that this life is not a dress rehearsal (kinda corny, but true) and decided to just go for it and open her own dream shop.
She is all about expanding and supporting the booming wedding industry in Spokane and helping beautiful brides find a gown that is anything but ordinary.

Taylor
Shop Manager
Taylor is passionate about body positivity and inclusivity in the world of bridal. She loves getting to meet with brides and make them feel like their absolute best self! Her favorite moment is when she sees a bride across the shop beaming at herself in the mirror.
When not at work, Taylor can be found spending time at the lake with her family and friends, being a grown up emo girl, or doing puzzles.

Lauren
Assistant Manager
As the assistant shop manager, Lauren’s goal is to give every bride an unparalleled experience starting before they walk through our doors! Making brides of all backgrounds feel their most beautiful and authentic is her number one priority.
When she is not helping brides, you can find Lauren snuggled up with her two cats, reading a good book, or thrifting!

Karli
Dearly Manager
As one of Honest in Ivory’s first employees almost 6 years ago, she’s gotten the chance to help hundreds of brides find their dream dresses. Karli encourages brides to trust their gut + not be afraid to say when they’ve found “the one!”
When she’s not chin-deep in wedding dresses, you can probably find Karli reading a good book (or two), traveling with her soon-to-be husband, Zeb, or spending time with friends and a glass of wine.

Lizzie
Bridal Stylist
Having pursued a Journalism degree in college, Lizzie is passionate about giving people space to feel seen and have their stories told. She believes the dress shopping experience is an opportunity to make each bride feel special and like their most beautiful self!
"Lizzie's biggest tip for brides coming in to shop is to take a deep breath and just have fun with the process. Focusing on how you feel in a dress is the most important part!
When she's not working, Lizzie can be found snuggled up with her Pomchi, Zuko, reading a good book, teaching spin classes, planning her next trip, or perfecting her cinnamon roll recipe!"

Bella
Bridal Stylist
Bella’s goal is to give each bride she works with her full attention, focusing on them and helping them feel as beautiful as they are. Treating each bride and group as if they were her own friend, helps Bella accomplish this goal. Her biggest advice is to remember to stay focused on what YOU want, not what anyone else wants. This is your day and your opinion matters.
When she’s not working, you can find Bella dreaming of traveling, organizing something, kayaking, or at home hanging out with her husband and adorable fluffy cats.

Alina
Bridal Stylist
As a fresh face in the bridal scene, Alina brings a genuine passion for connecting with individuals and creating unforgettable experiences. Her empathetic nature fuels her drive to assist brides in finding the gown that checks all the boxes. Alina’s number one tip for brides is to keep an open mind during their dress shopping. Sometimes, the perfect gown is not what you initially envisioned, so it’s essential to explore different styles and silhouettes to find one that truly feels like you.
When Alina is not immersed in the world of bridal you can find her curled up at home reading a book or crocheting next to her cat while her partner Daniel is playing a video game or drawing. She also is partnered with her good friend in a crochet side business and podcast that she loves to do in her free time.
